Orders and Shipping
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Click the “Sign Up” or “My Account” link at the top of the page and follow the prompts to enter your name, email address, and password. Creating an account makes it easier to track orders and manage your shipping preferences.
You can update your shipping address in your account dashboard. If your order has already been placed, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Once an order ships, we may not be able to change the address.
After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log in to your Ironton account to view your order history and tracking updates.
No. For your security, we do not store credit card information on our servers. All payment processing is handled securely through trusted third-party providers.
Yes, sales tax is charged where required by law. The amount will be calculated and shown at checkout based on your shipping address.

Whenever possible, we ship all items in a single package. However, depending on size, weight, or inventory location, items may arrive in separate shipments.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns on most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging and condition. Visit our Refund and Returns Policy for more details or email [email protected] to start a return.
We apologize for the mix-up. Please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item received. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
We’re sorry to hear that. Please send us photos of the damaged item and packaging within 7 days of delivery to [email protected]. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Once your return is authorized, we’ll provide the return address and detailed instructions via email. Please do not return items without prior authorization.
